Delete Your Account

You have the right to delete your Dart Motion account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to do that and what happens when you do.

Deletion is permanent

Once confirmed, your account and data cannot be recovered. All deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

1. Delete Inside the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside Dart Motion:

Open the Dart Motion app
Go to Settings → Account
Tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.

2. Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email:

Send an email to support@dartmotion.com
Use the email address associated with your Dart Motion account
Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line

We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.

3. What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your authentication record (email address, name, sign-in identifiers)
Your player profile and preferences
All training and gameplay session history
Saved analysis clips and throw reports
Achievements and progress data
Any saved articles or bookmarks
All Firestore documents linked to your user ID

4. What May Be Retained

The following may be retained after deletion:

Aggregated analytics: anonymised, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you
Legal records: transaction records required by law (e.g. financial compliance obligations) for the period required by applicable law
Crash reports: anonymous diagnostic data that contains no personal identifiers

5. Active Subscriptions

Deleting your Dart Motion account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through:

iPhone/iPad: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Dart Motion Pro → Cancel
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Dart Motion Pro → Cancel

If you do not cancel before deleting your account, your subscription may continue to renew. Refunds are subject to the relevant store's refund policy.
